The New Canaan High School cafeteria has corrected health violations that had included moldy shelving, milk at the wrong temperature, unclean lettuce spinner and meats stored incorrectly. Corrections were not needed for the other four local schools, which had passed their original health inspection. On Oct. 11, the New Canaan Health Department returned to inspect the high school at 11 Farm Road and created a report that was in sharp contrast to the previous inspection on Sept. 28.
